 To the flight deck and cabin crew of UA929, we the parents of Iain & Julia Campbell, would like to extend our appreciation and thanks for all the help, love, care and comfort you gave to our Iain & Julia in their time of distress and bewilderment, at the time of the horrific events of September 11th and thereafter, until they left your wonderful care some days later, we will never forget the true American kinship you have shown to we Aussie's.
