Managed to get a flight with various others out of Chicago back to LHR on Sunday evening at 19.40. Finally made it at 11am Sept 17th to the concourse in Heathrow.
So - nearly 6 days to the minute I was back where I started!!! Ho hum. I wouldn't have missed it for the world...
